Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. facility.
Orders placed from Europe are shipped via standard postal service unless express shipping is selected and paid for in advance by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.
Limited Warranty
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
If an item is damaged by the customer, we may offer repair services subject to evaluation, additional repair fees, and shipping costs paid by the customer.
